WARRANTY COVERAGE - 3 Years

Zenbooth products are sold with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the delivery date. Zenbooth reserves the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at its sole discretion.

This limited warranty does not extend to other materials supplied by the purchaser or damage caused by shipping, accident, abuse, misuse, cleaning, customer modifications, or normal wear and tear. All other warranties expressed or implied are excluded.

PRODUCT QUALITY OR DAMAGES

Zenbooth strives to provide a high-quality product. If your product arrives damaged, has missing parts, or has other workmanship defects, Zenbooth will ensure necessary services to support you and maintain our product quality standards.

In product quality or damages cases, the customer is responsible for opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and reporting damages within 3 days of delivery. Such claims must include photographs and a detailed description, and be emailed to support@officelivingstore.com. Failure to make a claim within the 3-day period constitutes acceptance of the merchandise.

In cases of missing parts or workmanship defects, Zenbooth will absorb the costs incurred in replacing and shipping as necessary.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Report any defects or damages promptly to Office Living Store from whom the product was purchased with your dated proof of purchase. If repair is covered under the warranty, we'll arrange to have it resolved. Covered repairs will be completed within a reasonable amount of time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before shipment. Contact support@officelivingstore.com immediately to request a cancellation. On or after product shipment date, customers will be responsible to cover all shipping costs incurred to and from the Zenbooth warehouse.

  • If full payment has already been accepted, the customer will receive a refund on the invoice total LESS shipping and any additional shipping costs incurred by Zenbooth.
  • If partial payment has been received, customer will receive refund on partial payment total LESS shipping and any additional shipping costs incurred by Zenbooth.
  • If order is subject to net payment terms, customer will be required to cover all shipping costs incurred by Zenbooth, to and from Zenbooth warehouse, will receive proof of shipping costs, and will be billed accordingly.

Office Living Store & Zenbooth shall not be held responsible for any delays in production. Office Living Store & Zenbooth shall not be liable for any costs related to late deliveries.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before shipment. Contact support@officelivingstore.com immediately to request a cancellation. On or after product shipment date, customers will be responsible to cover all shipping costs incurred to and from the Zenbooth warehouse.

  • If full payment has already been accepted, the customer will receive a refund on the invoice total LESS shipping and any additional shipping costs incurred by Zenbooth.
  • If partial payment has been received, customer will receive refund on partial payment total LESS shipping and any additional shipping costs incurred by Zenbooth.
  • If order is subject to net payment terms, customer will be required to cover all shipping costs incurred by Zenbooth, to and from Zenbooth warehouse, will receive proof of shipping costs, and will be billed accordingly.
