1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Product size and weight

Shipping destination

Selected shipping method

The total shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Some products may qualify for free shipping. Free shipping, if available, is clearly shown on the product page.

There are no hidden shipping fees.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time).

Orders placed before 11:00 PM are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated delivery time is typically 2–14 business days, depending on location and product type.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping Method & Tracking

We use reliable shipping carriers and manufacturer logistics partners.

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

Carrier information

Tracking link via email

If there are issues with delivery, lost packages, or damaged shipments, please contact us for assistance.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

Delayed – Contact us for support.
Marked delivered but not received – Check your address and surroundings, then contact us.
Damaged – Report within 3 days with photos for review.

We will assist in resolving the issue.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

We will contact you for reshipment
