For brands offering a return period: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. This includes brands with policies such as:

- 30 DAY STANDARD RETURN
- 30 DAY RISK FREE POLICY
- 30 DAY TRIAL (WITH APPLICABLE RETURN FEES)
- 30 DAY RETURN WITH RESTOCKING FEES
For brands with an “ALL SALES FINAL” policy: Returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions are made only in cases of:
- Incorrect product shipped

- Freight damage during delivery
