Thank you for purchasing Flexispot C7 Morpher Standing Desk.

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To qualify for this limited warranty, products must be purchased from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers. For any warranty service requests, please provide the original order number or proof of purchase and ensure that the product is within the warranty period.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All height adjustable desks purchased on or after April 1, 2022 include a limited, non-transferable warranty. We hereby cover all FlexiSpot height adjustable desks for a period of:

15 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of

• FlexiSpot Standing Desk E7 Series

10 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of

• FlexiSpot Standing Desk E5

5 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of all other height adjustable desk except for E5 and E7.

Desktop Warranty Period

• All Solid wood desktops (including Bamboo, Rubberwood, Solid wood) purchased on or after April 1, 2022, include a 5-year warranty.
• All Chipboard and Solid wood texture desktops purchased on or after October 5, 2016, include a 2-year warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty

• Products manufactured by other brands.
• Normal wear and tear over time, including dents, scratches, stains, tears, and fading including changes in color or finish caused by direct sunlight or aging.
• Natural variations in solid wood and bamboo desktops, such as differences in color, grain, or knots.
• Damage resulting from improper assembly or disassembly.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning products, product modifications, misuse, abuse, or natural disasters (including but not limited to floods, fires, earthquakes, or hurricanes).
• Anyone other than the original purchaser. Warranty is non-transferable.

FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations

FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desk Converters have a 5-year warranty for the frame and desktop. And a 3-year warranty for the gas spring system and other mechanisms.

Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016, include a 1-year warranty.

Chairs

The warranty periods for different models of FlexiSpot chairs vary, and there are also differences in the warranty durations for individual chair components (ranging from 3 to 10 years). You can find specific information in the product description.

Massage Chair Warranty Period

Two-year warranty: If your eligible item is deemed defective due to defective parts, workmanship, or construction within the first 2 years of purchase, we will replace or repair it at no charge to you. On-site labor repair is free of charge for the first year, and labor charges are applicable for the second year. All parts will be provided by FlexiSpot at no cost. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid throughout the warranty period. Please note that the original warranty period cannot be extended by any repairs, replacements, or refunds taking place during the warranty period.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty is not transferable and does not cover any damage or loss caused by:

• Use in a commercial or corporate environment; failure to follow operating instructions; electrical interference and power surges; dropping the item, including but not limited to the remote control; damage caused by improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquakes, tornadoes, fires, and floods); loss of use during item repair; item purchased from an unauthorized dealer; alteration or modification from the original condition; theft; negligence; unauthorized repairs; power failure.
• Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fabric fading, wear, and pilling do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Failure of attachment points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
• In no event shall FlexiSpot or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, medical treatment, etc.), even if either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Warranty is valid only within the contiguous 48 states of the United States, provided that the item has been used in accordance with the included instructions. All warranties begin on the date of purchase. FlexiSpot will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable timeframe.

By purchasing this item, you agree to these terms. No liability is assumed for any items damaged and/or lost en route to the designated address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.

WARRANTY PROCESS

Repair/Replacement: If the item is found to have a defect after inspection, FlexiSpot will, at its discretion, offer to repair the item, replace the item, or issue a refund. If the same item is no longer available, FlexiSpot will provide a replacement of equal value to the original item purchased to ensure a fair resolution for the customer.

COVERAGE EXCEPTIONS

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product's intended use.
• Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

FlexiSpot will replace (at no charge to you) the defective parts on any of your products when the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material.

If FlexiSpot is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed promptly, FlexiSpot may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

SHIPPING COST OF REPLACEMENT

In the rare event that your FlexiSpot product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you within the continental United States.

We use FedEx Ground to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you pay the additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside the continental United States, you must pay the shipping costs.

FedEx

• We offer shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US for most products. Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 1-6 business days. Delivery time within the US is 2-14 days.
• Your transit time and carrier may vary. Some products are shipped in separate packages and may have different arrival times.

Please note the following:

• Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International addresses is currently not available.
• Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.

Shipping Address Modification

1. Room-of-Choice Delivery: $95 per eligible item

• Eligible Items: Please call us at +1 (332) 286-0535 or email: support@officelivingstore.com for assistance if you buy height adjustable standing desks and want them to be delivered to your room.
• Delivery Time: 2-14 business days to most areas.
• Delivery Location: A team will unload your shipment from the truck and transport it to the room of your choice at the delivery location. There is a 2-floor maximum on stairways. Otherwise, deliveries can be made to any floor with direct access to an appropriately sized elevator.
• Scheduling Required: Once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal, the delivery company will call you to set up a date and a 4-hour appointment window. The driver will then call you 30 minutes prior to delivery.
• Signature Required: Someone must be present to accept the delivery and sign for it. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be unloaded from the truck.
