Thank you for purchasing ErgoHuman Nuvem White Leather Office Executive Chair.

When you purchase a Eurotech chair, it comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all components (excluding upholstery and foam). This warranty was established as of October 1, 2017.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is limited to normal use within a standard 40-hour work week and up to a 275 lb weight capacity, unless otherwise noted.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Standard Chairs - Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Limited Lifetime Warranty for all components (excluding upholstery and foam)
• Upholstery and foam are covered for five (5) years under standard use

24/7 Chairs - 5 Years

• Five (5) year warranty for all components
• Two (2) years of coverage for upholstery and foam

What is Covered:

This warranty covers all parts that are free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered defective components.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

Warranty will not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, modifications, or improper handling
• Commercial use or use outside of intended conditions
• Aftermarket hardware installed on the product
• Normal wear and tear
• Use beyond 275 lb weight capacity
• Use beyond standard 40-hour work week (for standard chairs)

The warranty will be voided if used commercially or outside of intended conditions.

COVERAGE EXCEPTIONS

Eurotech shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from product defects.

The warranty is limited strictly to replacement or repair of the product. It does not include transportation or labor costs.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied beyond those specifically described here. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Report any defects promptly to Office Living Store from whom the product was purchased with your dated proof of purchase. If repair is covered under the warranty, we'll arrange to have it resolved.

To submit a claim, please provide the following information:

• Copy of original sales slip or order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photo of the manufacturing tag of the product
• Photos of the product from multiple angles
• If necessary, up-close photos of the problem area(s) that help to explain the issue(s)
