When you purchase a Eurotech chair, it comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all components (excluding upholstery and foam). This warranty was established as of October 1, 2017.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is limited to normal use within a standard 40-hour work week and up to a 275 lb weight capacity, unless otherwise noted.

What is Covered:
This warranty covers all parts that are free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered defective components.
Warranty will not cover:
The warranty will be voided if used commercially or outside of intended conditions.
Eurotech shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from product defects.
The warranty is limited strictly to replacement or repair of the product. It does not include transportation or labor costs.
There are no other warranties expressed or implied beyond those specifically described here. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.
Report any defects promptly to Office Living Store from whom the product was purchased with your dated proof of purchase. If repair is covered under the warranty, we'll arrange to have it resolved.
