Thank you for purchasing Kahuna massage chair.
When you purchase the Kahuna DIOS-6800, it gives full warranty for 2 years. You must register our warranty within a month after you receive the product. Warranty will be voided if we don't receive registration within a month period. For registration, you must email at support@officelivingstore.com
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty will be voided if you buy from end user.
This product is for home use. Any commercial use of the product will also void warranty.

It covers all parts and labor cost. Customers do not pay anything within one year. We offer on-site repair services.
First 2 Years (Chair)
It covers all parts and labor cost. Customers do not pay anything within two years. We offer on-site repair services.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Not Included:
Warranty will not be covered if it was damaged by customer such as:
- Drop or damage by moving the product
- Accidents or neglect such as stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts and burns
- Normal wear and tear including velcro, zipper, or tears in any fabric or leather covering
- Product has been damaged physically or intentionally
- Commercial use of the product
- We do not cover shipping expenses if this occurs
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Customer must have a return authorization number in order to return shipments to a service center. This warranty provides you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
Registration must be filled out within 30 days from delivery date.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Return Policy:
- Customers may return their product within 30 days.
- Customer Responsibility: Freight charges + 15–35% restocking fee will be applied. White glove delivery is non-refundable. Original packaging required.
- Process: Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Please make sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original box. Product will not be accepted if it is returned improperly. Restocking fee and return shipping charge will be applied.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange: Customers may exchange for another model within 30 days.
- Charges: Customer pays return shipping and potential 30% restocking fee.
- Defective Chair Exchange: If defective on delivery, we'll exchange it at no extra shipping cost and proof must be shown to the headquarters (proof required).
